Hello! I’m Daniel Marques, hailing from the vibrant coastal city of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. In 2019, I embarked on an exciting new chapter of my life by moving to the picturesque Palm Springs area in California.

As an artist and photographer with over a decade of experience, I am deeply passionate about the arts. My primary medium is acrylic paint, but I also explore the world of sculpture. Through my paintings, I strive to express the emotions and stories that often words cannot convey. I find that the vibrant colors and textures of acrylics allow me to bring my visions to life in a way that resonates with others.

This passion for painting beautifully complements my photography. Both art forms serve as a creative outlet, allowing me to capture the world’s beauty and diversity. When I paint, I draw inspiration from the photographs I’ve taken—each image a snapshot of life that feeds my artistic expression. Similarly, my journey through different cultures informs my artistic choices, making my work rich and layered.

My love for travel has further enriched my artistic journey. One of the highlights of my life occurred in 2011 when I had the incredible opportunity to live in Dublin, Ireland, while studying English. Immersing myself in this charming city was nothing short of magical. I relished the warmth of the local culture, the delightful accents, the tantalizing food, and the breathtaking sights. This experience deepened my appreciation for the world and its myriad of stories waiting to be told.
